Unwanted background behind chat widget

Hi

There is an unwanted background behind the chat widget on our website.  It is light grey, please see the attached screenshot.

I see that there is a past ticket with a similar issue, but the solution to that ticket was to include the below code:

#hubspot-messages-iframe-container {
     color-scheme : light;
}

The issue with this solution is that I am not embedding this chat on my site, HubSpot is globally adding this chat to my site with the Wordpress plugin. Where can I go to add this code? Is there a different solution?

Hello @CDMenard ,

I am not sure about the background but yes for adding chat script on website instead of using wordpress plugin you can directly paste the embed code in your wordpress theme header.php file.
