I have a Zoho email set up - I have enabled Zoho as an integration in HubSpot - I have checked my IMAP settings and username and password - all are correct but I cannot gain access to HubSpot.
I have tried deleting and restarting the email - still the same error.
The IMAP settings are right. Can't figure out what's going on.
I've cleared the cache. After 3 hours and 3 convos with the sales team, I am here for help.
