Unauthorized access - disabled email (2nd time)

SOLVE

I have a Zoho email set up - I have enabled Zoho as an integration in HubSpot - I have checked my IMAP settings and username and password - all are correct but I cannot gain access to HubSpot. 

I have tried deleting and restarting the email - still the same error.

The IMAP settings are right. Can't figure out what's going on.

I've cleared the cache. After 3 hours and 3 convos with the sales team, I am here for help.

to solve this ...with much headache, I will say is that I switched to Google Workspace and it works like a breeze.

Hi @CarlosF1,

I am not sure but I hope this helps, follow the steps -

1. Make sure you have Super Admin or App Marketplace permissions in HubSpot.

2. Confirm the IMAP server and port settings are correct (ports 993 or 143). Important - IMAP server supports required encryption (TLS/SSL).

3. Verify that the SSL certificate’s Common Name (CN) includes the fully qualified domain name of the server.

4. Delete the existing Zoho integration in HubSpot and re-add and reauthenticate the Zoho email integration. I know, this is a lot.

5. Clear the cache of your web browser and try again. You have already done this but adding it just in case.

6. Also see that there are no account restrictions or issues from Zoho’s side.

Lastly, contact HubSpot support for further assistance.

I have tried each of the items listed and I still have the same issue.

I have tried reaching out to support and had no luck I will try again before I just throw my hands in the air.
