Unable to Create New User in HubSpot

Hi HubSpot Support Team,

 

I’m currently unable to create a new user in our HubSpot account. When I try to add one, the process fails (please see the details below).

 

Steps to Reproduce:

 

  1. Go to Settings → Users & Teams → Create User

  2. Enter the new user’s email address

  3. Click Next or Send Invite

  4. The page either shows an error or does not proceed

 

 

Observed Behavior:

Expected Behavior:

The new user should be created successfully and receive an invitation email.

 

Please let me know if you need any additional details or logs to investigate.

Hi @quantumlogic,

 

Have you tried another browser? For how long has this been an issue? (If it's just been today, I'd give it another day for HubSpot to fix the networking issues.)

Hey @karstenkoehler ,
Since yesterday, the weird thing is that is happening always with the same user email.
If I try another it works. But if I try to change that user email to the one not working I get an error again.
