I need some assistance on how I can distrubute tickets to various team members via their email. An example of what I mean, say a customer wants to close their account so a ticket is raised, the ticket is then automatically emailed to our development team instructing them to close the customers account. I hope this makes sense?
I have been into my own portal and tried to re-create this for you using a workflow and think I have found a possible solution you may need to test out:
1) Enrollment: This would need to be defined by how you count a contact wanting to close their account
2) Send Internal Email: Choose the development team members you would like this email to get sent to. You can then include text to instruct the development team to close the contacts account.
