Tickets - many users

As far as I can see, I can only choose one resposible person for a ticket. But I'd like, that all members of my team can have a look into the tickets even though another person is responsible.

How can I do that?

Hi @LeaPauen,

The settings within your service area will allow you to set the ability for the rest of the users or a team to be able to view or edit tickets within the service hub. You can notify these other users on individual tickets by mentioning them, using the @ sign and then their name.

It's important to be sure to keep it clear who is responsible for the ticket or it could cause confusion around who is doing what. However if collaboration is needed or the responsibility shifts, mentions are a great way to accomplish that (as long as the others can view the tickets).

Please let me know if you have any issues getting this set up properly. I would be happy to help!
