Hello! I am wondering if anyone has any tips for the following integration in Softr to build a client portal:
How to show the ENTIRE ticket thread if there are multiple replies/back and forth on the same ticket
How to make it so that clients can reply to tickets in the portal
I'm not sure if this is possible, but it seems like it must be. The Softr support team hasn't been overly helpful, so wanting to see if anyone here has any tips or experience.
@ETvelia Softr allows you to create a client portal with no code, I'm not surprised their support isn't helpful as it's a bit more complex to create a client portal that integrates with HubSpot.
As @BérangèreL mentioned, the default client portal allows you to share tickets with your customers, but based on what you're asking for, the default capabilities won't meet your needs.
Instead, you could build a Membership Portal and connect it directly to the CRM to surface tickets and the corresponding communications. This would be a little easier to do natively than with Softr, but would require a developer to build it for you.
If my reply answered your question please mark it as a solution to make it easier for others to find.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: hi @Jnix284, @Lucila-Andimol and @JenBergren do you and/or your customers use Softr? Do you have suggestions to help @ETvelia, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
Thanks a lot and have a wonderful day and weekend!
