Ticket views also for specific users, not only for teams

SOLVE

We would like to be able to set the permission for ticket views also for specific users and not only for teams.
For example, there could be a couple of different people in the "Support" team. However, one person is the team lead and should have access to other views that are not available to everyone.Ticket-View.png

Hi @JBurghard,

 

At this time views are not able to be saved for specific users as described. You could create a similar or temporary view and have the particular user save that view as a new view, private only to them.
