Ticket and company association gets removed
The ticket and company association gets removed via API integration(whenever we update the ticket in hubspot when it is updated in our system) although we have not written any association archiving logic in our side. Has any one got the same issue?

In this case, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
