Ticket Worfklow to inform company owner

SOLVE

Hello Community,

 

 

We would like to automatically inform the "company owner" which is assosiated to a ticket when a ticket has reached a certain phase.

Does someone has an idea?

Somehow i was not able to find a solution.

 

We have Sales&Service Hub Pro

Hi @ASahin ,

 

I think the easiest way to do this would be to have a workflow that copies the Company Owner on the associated Company record to a custom HubSpot User property (called Company Owner) on the Ticket record when a new Ticket is created.

 

You can then just use the Company Owner property to send the notification too.

Hello @ASahin

Yes, there is a solution. You can solve this using automation.

 

Automation:  

step 1. You can set trigger according to your certien phase.

step 2. Create branch according to associated company owner. 

Branch: If company owner is "X" then send internal email notificaion to X. You have to create branch based on your owner list.

Step 3. Send internal email notificaion and select user based on the branch.
