Ticket Submission Embeddable Widget

SOLVE

Does HubSpot have an embeddable widget that has a form for a user to submit a support/help desk ticket? Right now we have our support email setup to forward to hubspot and create tickets, but we would like the user to be able to submit tickets directly from our website instead of having to open up an email application. I know hubspot has embeddable widgets for chatting with customers, but we do not have the bandwidth to have support agents available to chat 24/7. Here's an example of such a widget from ZenDesk (which we switched over from):

Hey @J_Youngblood ,

Yes, HubSpot does. Do this to set it up:

1. Go to the marketing section, then to lead capture, then move to forms. Now click on Create Form, customise it, and then save.

2. Copy the embed code that is given to you after creating the form, and paste it into your website's HTML.

3. Go to settings, then objects, finally tickets. Configure your ticket pipeline then connect this form to your ticket pipeline.

4. Create workflows in automation, workflows to assign tickets to team members based on form submissions.

This will allow the users to submit tickets directly from your website, similar to the ZenDesk widget.

I hope this helped, if you need some help, let's talk!
