Currently, you can create a ticket property that features a dropdown selection. While a customer is filling out the dropdown question there is not a way for them to search through the options. Does anyone know of an extension or idea that would allow this?
We have hundreds of part number entries that the customer needs to pick from so scrolling through hundreds of options listed on the dropdown is not reasonable.
Here is kind of what we are looking for in this option:
Hi @LaurelShoger the dropdown form fields in HubSpot don't have the "search" indicated at the top, but if a user starts typing the part number, it would jump to that number on the list.
