The chat widget doesn't show up for anyone other than me, and only when...

Hi. I Just got started with Hubspot today. I installed my first chatflow as per the tutorial. I added the code to the Footer.php file. 

What happened is this. The only browser that the chat widget shows up on is my own, and only when I am actively logged into the backend of my site.  It doesn't show up when I log into an incognito browser window, nor does it show up for anyone I asked to check it regardless of whether I was logged in or not. 

When I log out of my website's backend, it stops appearing for me, but it reappears when I log back in. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm wondering if you have some targeting rules in the settings of your chatflow that could explain that behaviour, especially regarding segmented lists or logged-in chat visitor?

If this doesn't help, could you send a link of the page where the chat widget should appear and let me know where it should appear?

Thank you so much for responding. I don't think I have any targeting rules in my setting that would cause this, but I'll check. It should be showing up on the lower right corner of this URL. It's set to appear after 5 seconds. www.profilehelper.com

Please also check wheather you have added other sales reps in assign chat option or not. If they were not added then also this problem occurs.

I will be running the chat myself, so I have only assigned it to me.
