Team signature does not apply within tickets

Hubspot has the wonderful feature of creating a team signature for a shared inbox. They also have the automation to autocreate tickets.

 

Once a conversation is closed (think zero inbox and needing to declutter) the ticket remains open for longer term tracking, notes, etc. That's the great part of a ticketing system!

 

However, once you reply to an email from within the ticket itself (even when you're replying from the shared / team inbox email (ie. Support@abccompany.com) it still applies the users PERSONAL email signature (sometimes equipped with a cell phone, direct email address, etc.) ... which completely ruins the point of the team signature. 

 

Just copy Gmail and make the default signature for team inbox consistent throughout Hubspot when using that address and the personal email should be for emails that come form... personal emails.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!  You're right, the personal signature will be used in all one-on-one emails throughout the HubSpot CRM, except in the tool Conversations, where you can use the team signature. 

 

I found this feature request in our Ideas forum with the same use case. We use the Ideas forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers. Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels as well as their own vision to understand what features will be most valuable!
