Support form attachments

Hey, we have a support form and it does require to upload an image to check where the error is happening. But the only way I found it to check the attachments is going through the form settings and checking uploads. It doesn't make any sense from a customer support standpoint to not having the image attached to ticket created by the form fill. Is there a way to do this? I couldn't find it!

Hi @JDobbin,

 

By default the uploaded file should attach directly to the ticket. You should be able to see that in the bottom right. I added an upload form field to our support form for testing, you'll see the attachment associated location.
