Support Form Attachments not Displaying

Hi,

And I can’t seem to find the file in the same view. Any insight from  @Josh or others would be greatly appreciated!

Here are the steps I took:

1. I created a Hubspot form and added File Field Types.

2. I submitted the form with file. I confirmed The submission details has the link to the image: (Marketing > Forms > Submissions> View Submission)

3. I confirmed the Admin Notification also shows File:

4. And when I go to the ticket view for that ticket, no attachments are shown.

I do have more than one field for uploads. Could that be the issue?

Hi @HM_Support,

If you go to View All Properties and then search for the other file upload referenced on the form, do you see it there?

Hi, i have the same problem with attachment. My clients insert pictures but they don't appear on the ticket. Can you help me ?
