Subcategories for tickets

Hello,

I'm trying to create some subcategories at Services > Tickets, but I dont see any way to do that.

Is something which are in development? May I suggest it? because it will be very usefull for us

Thank you for reaching out!

 

With a Service Starter subscription or above, you can create multiple tickets pipelines in order to have different categories

But I mean,

create subcategories on the properties.
Example, I have a propertie of Problem and when I select some option, loads another field with loads of options to choose
