Something went wrong in the conversation view

When I click on the conversations in the menu I get the following error message:

Can you please collect a har file and send along a video of what you are experiencing?

Additionally, are other users experiencing this as well?

I can't upload the har file. I have renamed it to a png file but it is too big 8MB

No other users are experiencing this.

We are evaluating the product for our sales and marketing activities

The problem is now solved. I don't know why but I can now access the conversations view again
