Snippets Not Working on Conversation

SOLVE

we can not click the snippets to add the chat section. We have just faced this problem the snippets are unclickable and how are we able to solve it?

the next day it suddenly works on its own. I was able to see the snippets but it was unclickable

I am sorry to hear that you cannot use snippets in the conversation section.
Let's see that together 🙂

1. The snippets appear but you cannot click on them? Or the snippets are not present at all in the conversations?
2. What about on a contact record, if you create a note, are you able to click on the snippet from there? Or does this happen everywhere?
3. Does this happen on a different browser? Can you please try in an incognito window or by clearing the cache?
4. Is only one user not able to click on the snippets? Or are all users not able to do this?
5. Since when this behavior occurred?
6. Does the user have the right permissions in terms of "Sales access" and "conversation"?
