1. The snippets appear but you cannot click on them? Or the snippets are not present at all in the conversations? 2. What about on a contact record, if you create a note, are you able to click on the snippet from there? Or does this happen everywhere? 3. Does this happen on a different browser? Can you please try in an incognito window or by clearing the cache? 4. Is only one user not able to click on the snippets? Or are all users not able to do this? 5. Since when this behavior occurred? 6. Does the user have the right permissions in terms of "Sales access" and "conversation"?
