Show Ticket properties on Ticket Detail page in Customer Portal

Is there a way to reveal ticket properties on the ticket detail page in Customer portal? Today customers only see ticekt name, ID and Status. 

 

At a bare minimum I woul dlike to add ticket description into this view. In an ideal world, I would like to add more than one property (custom or native) into this view via a design manager or via configuration.

Hey @ikrasnykh - thanks for posting in the Community!

While it's possible to customize customer ticket permissions in the Customer Portal, it doesn't appear that it's currently possible to configure which properties customers see within tickets in the portal.

With that said, I can definitely understand the benefit of this. I recommend posting your idea in our Ideas Forum.
