Setting up business hours for the live chat

Hi,

 

The setup of business hours doesn't seems to work for the live chat.

We have the live chat setup on our website + the business hours setup in our config but nothing changes in the chat when we are outside of the business hours.

Hello Sharon - 

 

We are experiencing the same issue on https://affinityconsulting.com. Our availability settings are as shown in this screenshot. We are receiving chat inquiries on weekends and after hours regularly.

Do you have set up a bot to display outside of business hours? Based on this article the Availability setting only applies to chatflows with bots.

We have not created a bot per the article you reference, nor do any of our settings indicate the use of a bot. We do, however, ask visitors for their email address (see screenshot). Screen Shot 2021-01-06 at 6.06.27 AM.png
