SOLVE

I am experiencing issues connecting my email account. It got dissabled out of the blue and I cannot reconnected. 


I need urgent help as i cannot send any email.

To troubleshoot and reconnect your email account to HubSpot, follow these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/hubspot-crm-email-integration-faq 

Check if there are any notifications or messages from HubSpot about the disconnection caused, such as password changes or access revocation.

Hi, I had a similar case before, and I understand the frustration. Are you sure you’re using EWA? Sometimes, the issue can actually be with the link being used.

In my case, the link itself turned out to be the problem. I’m sharing an article that helped me solve it; it might be helpful for you too.

If the issue persists, check with your IT administrator to confirm the setup.
