We receiving lots of invoices in our inbox which we do not interact with and at the moment we are just closing and adding ticket tag manually. I'm looking to find a way how we can optimise that and on the base of the HubSpot team and body email the status to change to Closed and the accurate tag to be left.
I've tried with the workflow above but nothing is happening to the existing tickets.
What exactly are you trying to achieve and what exactly isn't working? You have a workflow action that updates the ticket status. Is this not behaving as you would expect it to? Can you provide more details about what's happening?
