I would like to have my CRM representative reminded of any pending/ open tickets:
1) Is there a way to look up tickets that are pending/ open in the Service Dashboard?
2) From what I understand, you can set reminders for tasks. Can I do the same for tickets so my CRM rep is notified of resolving a ticket within a certain timeframe?

With the free service hub you won't be able to set reminders if something sits in one deal stage for too long. However, with the paid version of Service Hub, you can use a Ticket based workflow to send reminders to ticket owners if something isn't moving.
