Currrently, there is not an option for your customers to see their ticket history and status externally. Ticket information is internal and can only be viewed by HubSpot users.
One of our other customers has suggested this in our Ideas Forum and it has received a significant number of votes: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Customer-portal-for-Tickets/idi-p/194090. I would recommend upvoting and/or commenting on this idea to boost its profile with our product team.
