Hello everyone, we are facing an issue with respect to the sender's name while replying from the Hub post.
The sender name is Parcelace Support and the Company name is ParcelAce Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, now when we are replying to tickets, sender's name is going along with the company name, attached screenshot.
Kindly advise, how to hide the company name as we don't want to show the company name.
You can change this under Settings > Inbox > Inboxes. Select the correct inbox and, under Channels, find your email sending address. Hover over it, click edit and you should be taken to a Configuration tab. Here you can choose the sender name:
