See who is viewing or editing/replying to a ticket
We would love to have the feature if someone is on our support team is viewing a ticket that it shows who is viewing the ticket. If someone is replying to a ticket or writing a note we would like to see this as well. Without this feature it is causing us to have mulitiple replies on the same ticket from different support personnel.
This would be a useful feature indeed. I'd recommend submitting this to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. Posts there are monitored by the product team. They evaluate requests based on their popularity – happy to upvote once posted.
