Retroactively assign owner to tickets?

Hi everyone,

In our hubspot we often did not assign tickets to an owner. Therefore in our reports, the unassigned tickets number is disproportionate to actual users.

Is there a way to retroactively assign tickets to the user that last made an action on that ticket? (EG Closed the ticket)?

There isn't any option to assign ownership based on who last interacted with a record, unfortunately. You'd have to go through each record manually or – if there is another identifier stored in a default ticket properties – use that for bulk editing or workflow enrollment, e.g. all contacts who should be assigned to owner A always have value B for property C, so you can filter for value B and bulk-assign these tickets to owner A.
