Restricted access to customer´s files

SOLVE

Hi everyone!

Im trying to find a way, to restrict the access for some users to  customer´s files received by ticket updates. I´ve already did it, but just for the tickets using properties. But users can still access all the files sent by customers, consulting the "contact page". (Even if they cant see their tickets.)  😞

Hello,

You should attach files to the ticket record only. Not both the contact and ticket record
