Reports on emails sent per team member?

Is it possible to get the stats on how many emails are created per team member in the service hub? Even better if this can be broken down on a per day/per week/per month basis.

Hi @cwinhall,

There is a report in the report library which you could use. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library > Search for "Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown". The description states that this is for sales but you can click Edit in builder and further customize this report and filter it for customer service.

Click Filters and add one for either HubSpot Team (is any of customer service team) or Activity assigned to (is any of the service team users).

If you only want to see emails in this report, you could further filter by Activity type.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I wasn't able to find the "Report Library". Is it simply "All Reports" as seen in this screenshot?

Either way, when I search in there, the only report I see that states "Activity" is "Team Activity" and I also had no option for "Edit in builder"

Is this possibly just a permissions thing that I don't have these options?

The report library button should be on the upper right side of the screen:

Report customization is only available in Professional or Enterprise subscriptions – which subscription are you on?
