I am looking for a way to get a report that provides me detail about when the first call is logged by an agent.
There's an option for First Aget Email logged, and I can see that property in ticket properties, and I can create a similar property for First Call Logged; however, I am unable to report on this. Can anyone help as I urgently need to analyse Supprot Agent response times, not only for emails, but for first call logged as well.
