We are able to pull reports in Sales for how long deals sit in a certain stage. Is there a way that we can pull reports on how long tickets sit in a certain status in Service Hub?

Hi @aiharris,

 

While there is no report that is based on the time of a ticket in a certain status, you can run reports of deals that are in different statuses and change the date range for the report. 

 

If you would like to see a report specifically based on time in status, I would recommend adding an idea to our ideas forum.
