I am trying to exctract all the conversation and email exchanges that one user (ticket owner) had on his/her tickets. Is there any possibility to do it?
I want to see who actually deleted a ticket in hubspot. When i go to property history of any ticket, all I see is a timestamp of the ticket and what happened to it.
I recently created a sample ticket, auto assigned it to another then I accessed the ticket and deleted it forever. I had our super admin access user restore the ticket. when i checked the property history, all i see is what happened to the ticket and who owns it, but i'm not seeing my name as the one who deleted it.
is there a timestamp or log history log where i can see what i'm looking for?
I understand that you restored a ticket and you would like to see the name of the person who deleted the ticket, is that right?
When you restored the ticket, in the recycling bin, you should be able to see the name of the person or system who deleted the record.
When you restore it, what could you see, please? Could you please share a screenshot?
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @SNigam, @Crystal_Hopper and @ChrisoKlepke, do you have suggestions to help @FGammad, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
If you are still running into this issue, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription, and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
Thank you and have a lovely day!
Best, Bérangère

I do not believe this is possible. The values for conversation reporting are not related to the contents of the conversation itself, only the metrics around the conversation.
