We're frustrated with the limit of only 10 Ticket Tags for Ticket records across all pipelines.
This limitation restricts not only Tickets on one pipeline, but Tickets in all pipelines.
We need to open this up to allow these tags to properly function. Currently, we are still using workflows to create "tags" as Property fields, and attempting to display these on cards and in reports. If this tags feature can be expanded, that would save us a ton of time!
This is really needed. I can't really use Ticket tags effectively without more than 10 tags. It seems like such an arbitrary limit! Why? It doesn't make any sense.
