Remove senders email signature on the Ticket Automated reply


How can we remove/hide the email signature of the sender on the automated reply email when a new ticket is opened?

The senders email signture is inserted at the bottom of Issue description.

Contact email: {{ }}
Date submitted: {{ ticket.createdate }}
Ticket number: {{ ticket.hs_ticket_id }}
Ticket subject: {{ ticket.subject }}

Issue description: {{ ticket.content }}


Is it possible to remove it  from the ticket conversations?

I'm wondering if the email is being sent through a follow up email in the form tool or an automated email via workflow. To investigate further and see what's possible here, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and specific examples about this.
