Redirecting to Google after form submission

SOLVE

Hello community,

I have created a "support" form (using Legacy Form Editor > Support template). The form works well, submissions make it into the inbox, and I receive a notification.

Only issue:

After form submission, the user is supposed to see a thank you message.

Instead they are taken to a Google.com page

Any idea why and how to fix it?

Thanks

Chris

Hi @chris305,

Have you made sure that the latest form changes are published, by clicking the orange button in the top right corner of the form editor?

If the form is placed on a HubSpot landing page, the redirect settings might differ from those in the form editor. In the landing page editor, click on the form element and make sure to review the redirect settings in the left sidebar.

Best regards!
