I created a free account and than after a few hours random;y got suspended. All I did was create a website and link my domain. Customer support said I have to pay money to talk to a support agent and post here. I don't even have a option to appeal. Is there any way to fix?

Hi @JLi74,

Unfortunately not, no. If you're on the free CRM and if the banner is not showing any steps to appeal or provide more information, then the decision is permanent.

If suspicious activity is detected at sign-up or when using the platform, access to certain features will be temporarily suspended. When this occurs at sign-up, HubSpot may ask you for more information about your account. A member of HubSpot's team will review the details of the suspension, the information you provide, and your account to make a final decision.

You can find more information here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/account-suspension-faq#what-can-i-do-if-my-account-...

Upgrading to a paid subscription to get access to a support rep is the only option, as far as I know. Keep in mind that there is no guarantee for a successful appeal.
