Problems connecting my Webmail to Hubspot

I am using Webmail and I am trying to connect ti to Hubspot, but it keeps saying that there is a problem with incorrect SMTP when I have double checked and details are correct.

IMAP Port: 993 POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.galphas.com
SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

has any one had any issue connectin Webmail emails to Hubspot?

First, ensure that HubSpot is configured to use the same SMTP authentication method mandated by your Webmail provider, which is typically password authentication.

Second, check that your network or Webmail provider's firewalls are not blocking the connection on ports 465 or 587, which are necessary for TLS encryption.
