Problem with conversation inbox - no more incoming emails

We are working since a few weeks with hubspot. Since today unfortunately the synchronization of the inbox doesn't work anymore. We have no more incoming emails.

Hi @coo,

 

Am I understanding correctly that you are no longer receiving emails to your connected conversations inbox?  

 

If so, I would recommend checking if your inbox is still connected with these steps:

  • Navigate to Settings > Conversations > Inboxes
  • Click Edit next to the inbox in question
  • Under Channels, select Email

Is there an email address listed there that has a status of Connected?  If so, I would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your shared inbox to see if that helps.
