Possible to program automations for Conversation owner and/or inbox routing?
We would love to be able automate the setting of Conversation Owner and/or automate Inbox routing based on Ticket info (e.g. what a contact entered via a form). Is it possible to use programmable automations to accomplish this?
The out of the box Conversations workflow grays out most properties like Owner and Inbox, making it impossible to modify. I'm wondering if this means that these properties are not modifiable, even with custom automation coding.
