Pipeline defaulting in ticket view

Hi all, 

 

We have some users who's pipeline keeps defaulting each time in the CRM > Tickets view. 

 

Even if they change back the pipeline to "All Pipelines" in the First tab on left, each time they go in there it defaults to a different pipeline. 

 

We have tried cloning views etc, but they keep going back to the same pipeline. Is there a way to stop this? I have read other posts and tried to clear cache, but that doesn't prevent it either.

Hi Danni,

 

Is the issue that when users go into Tickets they are always brought to the 'All tickets' view?
