We have some users who's pipeline keeps defaulting each time in the CRM > Tickets view.
Even if they change back the pipeline to "All Pipelines" in the First tab on left, each time they go in there it defaults to a different pipeline.
We have tried cloning views etc, but they keep going back to the same pipeline. Is there a way to stop this? I have read other posts and tried to clear cache, but that doesn't prevent it either.
