Pasting screenshots in chat sessions

Why isn't it possible to paste a screenshot into a chat session? This is a feature that Intercom has had forever. It's a big inconvenience for us and our customers to save the screenshot as a file and then attach it. 

Fixing this would be an easy, big win.
