Ordering ticket properties

HI,

 

I have reordered ticket propereties and it shows up like that for my team, but is still in the old order when I view the properties.

 

How do I apply nthe reordering to my view?

Hi @NZIVS 

 

My understanding is that if you have manually edited the layout of the about section yourself, changes made in the portal settings will not apply - with properties added appearing at the bottom of your view. 

 

As far as I know, there is no reset for this yet. If so, your only option is to manually reorder your layout to match your desired one.
