Options for dismiss chat timeframe

SOLVE

Hello! We are working with the chatflow feature in Hubspot. Currently, if a user dismisses the chatflow, it appears again in 24 hours. That can be seen as an annoyance to everyday users, so I would like to propose options to choose 1 day, 14 days, 30 days, forever etc. Here is the current setup:

Hi @LauraH this is a great idea, having more flexibility with the chatbot settings could solve for different use cases. I could only find one idea already submitted about dismissing the chatbot, but it's 3 years old and hasn't received any upvotes - it would also be more difficult to implement because it would rely on cookies to retain the individual user settings.

 

To reach the product managers, please share your idea here - this is actively managed by the product team, whereas the community discussions are centered around answering support questions, sharing best practices, etc.
