Why is it when you get an email notification from HubSpot notifying you of a new ticket submission, it opens the ticket OBJECT and it doesn't take you straight to the Help Desk? Is there anyway around this or a setting that I am missing? I have the Slack / HubSpot integration and I notice that it does give a 'Reply in Help Desk' option that takes you straight to the help desk, but in the email notification the 'View in HubSpot' will take you to the Object view which is not helpful.
