Online chat always set to away

We are using the free online Hubspot chat tool. I have it set so that we are avaliable during business hours 9 am - 5 pm. But during these business hours and with us all set to 'avaliable' when you open up the chat, it is saying that we're away. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm reading here in this article that your chatflow needs a bot in order to work with the availability setup.
 
Could you please ensure your chatflow is setup as this knowledge base here shows?

We are having the same issues whereby Channel availability Based on working hours no longer seem to work.  When we toggling On "Chat is available 24/7" Live Chat is online.  However if "Based on working hours" is enabled (regardless if you set to 11:59pm to 12:00am, the Live Chat will appear as away.

Timezones are set correctly for both Hubspot and Wordpress site.
