we are currently using a ticket pipeline for our onboarding process.
To gather information from the customer regarding the onboarding appointment we are using a marketing form. This automatically creates an onboarding ticket in the pipeline after the customer fills out the form.
As we are trying to improve our onboarding process the marketing form is something of a bottleneck. The options to create the form and different fields in hubspot are limited and some informations asked are unclear for the customers.
Does anybody have another idea to automatically collect the needed informations from the customers and create automatic tickets?
I found the Arrows Onboarding Plan tool, but it is a little pricy. https://arrows.to/
Therefore, we are looking, if possible, for an inhouse solutionin Hubspot.
thanks again for your quick answer. I had a look at the article and can not figure one thing. I created at drop down property in the form. Now I want to show another form property if certain options are chosen in the drop down menu.
I added the new form property further down in the form. If I now go to my drop down property and use the logic functio, my newly created property further down the form does not show und "then show:".
