Offer option to attach file in response to chatbot

The support chatbot needs the ability to ask a user to attach a file (screenshot, etc.) within the chat flow. Yes, that is true. I had to create a screen shot image with an arrow pointing to the paper clip to encourage chat users to use the paper clip. Wish Hubspot had something in the support ticket creation module within chat flow.
