Notification whenever the assigned employee changes

SOLVE

Hello Community,

 

I thought I have set up everything correct, but it does not seem to work.

We want to get notified, whenever the assigned employee of a company is changed.
In the settings we have general E-Mail notifications on, and the box "Your assigned company"/"Your assigned contact" under "Contacts and Companies" is also checked. Unfortunately I do not know, why I do not get notified, whenever someone assigns a company or contact to me.

 

I am glad about any help.

Hi @GGBEN,

 

If you're not receiving system notifications although you've configured them correctly, I'd recommend following the steps in this HubSpot notification troubleshooting article.

 

Sometimes, switching all notifications off and back on again on does the trick.

Hello @karstenkoehler ,

 

Thank you very much for your fast reply.

 

I did now check a few parameters and it did work for a few changes, which I did for testing purposes (changed assigned employee back and forth). Some notifications seem to get lost though. allowlisting in Gmail was done for hubspot.com. I will see tomorrow again, if it works correctly, because allowlisting needs about 24 hours to work properly (according to Gmail).
